MZXDBG is a hack to aid in developing Robotic programs. It puts the display into 50 line mode and uses the bottom 25 lines for debugging display. You are able to step through cycles, watch single robot instructions and watch a number of counters simultaneously.
This was one of those cool things that was possible when the source to MZX was freed. It's probably not very useful now, since MZX has continued to evolve past version 2.51.
