WINnocence
There was once a joke that
PeaceFire would make censorware. It became real when CIPA was passed, forcing public libraries to install censoring software under threat of having their funds withdrawn. So, here is the most benign censorware you're likely to see. WINnocence creates 127.0.0.1 entries in the hosts file for each domain you would like to block. It manages its own section of the hosts file, and can be removed without any manual editing.
